It did not take long for Rayno Nel to secure his first event win, as he absolutely dominated the Frame Carry event. He finished the entire task in just 21 seconds, while the majority of his rivals needed in excess of half a minute to cross the finish line.

Adam Roszkowski managed to rack in 15 repetitions in 60 seconds, which simply proved to be too difficult of a task for everyone else. The remaining athletes were either unable to get the weight over their head for as many reps or weren’t quick enough and were stopped by the time limit.
Hazeleger, Eibel, and Juhasz all locked out 14 reps, coming within just one rep of Adam but not managing to replicate his feat. In turn, they had to share second place in the Viking Press event.

Another moving event meant another win for Rayno Nel. He moved with incredible speed, making easy work out of all three sacks. He ultimately crossed the finish line in 27.11 seconds, adding another 14 points to his overall tally.
The Polish Strongman, Adam Roszkowski, continued his comeback after unexpected results in the opening two events. The athletes had 90 seconds to load the stones onto the designated platform.
Only two men successfully completed all five stones, but the time difference between them was significant, to say the least. Rayno Nel came out victorious, finishing his run in just 29.65 seconds.
Peter Juhasz was the only other man to finish the event, but he needed 61 seconds to do so. This goes to show just how fast Rayno was, especially considering that the Atlas Stones were the fifth event of the competition.

Evans Nana was one of the few athletes who completed the event but was faster than the rest, making him the winner. He needed just 24.22 seconds to move the Yoke from one side of the field to the other, showing impressive speed and endurance under tension.
Adam Roszkowski finished in second place with a time of 32.19 seconds, hoping to overtake Kevin Hazeleger for second place overall as well. Unfortunately for him, Kevin placed third in the Super Yoke event, thus holding on to his silver medal.
Rayno Nel only completed 0.9 meters in order to get the points that he needed to take the overall win. By doing this, he avoided putting any unnecessary tension on his body, thus avoiding all potential injuries.
