“As many of you know, I’m not really working on the size game as much anymore. Just keeping the tone, keep the muscles active, flexibility is important for me. So I just want to make sure that I’m sticking to a routine that allows me not to be drastically sore the next day,” shared Cutler.
He revealed that continuing to downsize is one of his top goals in 2025.
“More importantly, I want to feel athletic if that makes sense. It’s been a long time since I’ve been a little lighter. I’m actually 226-227 now, which I know everyone comes up to me and is like there’s no way you weigh just that much, but I have downsized quite a bit and that’s the goal.”
Cutler explained that the purpose behind his supplements has changed with a greater focus on longevity.
“52 in August this year, so just trying to keep my health the most proactive thing. I always talked about the longevity,” he shared. “The supplements leading in different directions with more health aspects and longevity, it’s super important for me to live that lifestyle. Besides a perfect diet, the training has to be on point too, and of course, the sleep.”
Cutler has adopted various strategies in his fifties for improving his physique. Of late, he’s reincluded pyramid sets, which he credits for helping him build a bigger chest. Still training seven days a week, fans continue to learn from him inside the gym.
Cutler’s attention is on downsizing his physique ahead of his birthday. With flexibility and longevity being his main concerns, he hopes to improve his athleticism ahead of turning 52.
