NORFOLK, Va. — The Norfolk State Department of Athletics inducted 15 student-athletes into the ETA chapter of Chi Alpha Sigma on Wednesday evening.
Chi Alpha Sigma is a nonprofit organization established to be recognized four-year college student-athletes who excel both on and off the field of competition.
The organization boasts 498 total active chapters, 100 across NCAA Division I. Norfolk State joined the prestigious group of universities with its inaugural class in 2012.
The Spartans’ 2025 class featured three members of the Norfolk State football and men’s track & field teams. Baseball, women’s basketball, and softball each received two recognitions, while men’s cross-country team, volleyball, and bowling teams each earned one inductee.
